At Positive Imprint we want to get an in-depth understanding of the challenges you, as the owner, and your animal are facing so we can ensure together we work towards a resolution, using fear-free positive reinforcement methods. We therefore take into consideration a number of factors including lifestyle, family dynamics and environment to identify any underlying issues which may be contributing to your animal’s inappropriate behaviour, as well as thoroughly investigating the likely emotions and motivations that are triggering your animal.

Our virtual service means we can offer this nationwide and the recent pandemic has meant we have been able to continue to help owners address the behaviour issues they have faced at this difficult time. This service has been so widely sought and successful we have taken the decision to do all our consultations like this going forward.

 

To book a consultation

Firstly, you can submit an enquiry as the owner or ask your veterinary surgeon to complete our online referral form. We will then contact you to understand your perspective on the challenges you are facing and discuss our services.

Alternatively, get in touch to discuss your issues and thereafter we can contact your vet for the necessary referral.

Arranging an appointment is the next step, we can usually arrange appointments within a 2-3 week period; sooner if your requirements are of an urgent nature.

You will be asked to complete our online animal questionnaire and send us video footage (where possible) 48 hrs prior to your appointment.

Consultations cost £900 and include:

  • review of medical history provided by your veterinary surgeon

  • online consultation with a qualified CCAB behaviourist

  • full management behaviour report following consultation

  • monthly call for 3 months following the initial consultation

  • liaison with your veterinary surgeon if required
